There are a few ways to contact us, in the order of most preferred.

The best way to contact us is by using the 'Live Support' link in the top right of the page. If we are unavailable you can click it to send us an e-mail, please be sure to include your e-mail, username, and paypal subscription ID (if known) so that we can help you.

You can also join the IRC channel for community support (actual staff may be there from time to time but do not rely on IRC as a source of support, it has been replaced by Live Chat). The easiest way to connect to IRC is through Mibbit, a web-based IRC client. You can access it simply by clicking here.
